Digital Accessibility
Last updated: August 2026
MindFirst is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We design and test toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- Text and interface elements are checked for sufficient color contrast.
- The site is navigable by keyboard, including a skip-to-content link, and interactive regions are reachable without a mouse.
- Headings follow a logical structure for screen readers, and images that convey information carry text alternatives; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Motion effects respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
- We audit the site with automated accessibility tooling and correct issues as part of every significant update.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is a practice, not a checkbox. Some third-party components we rely on (such as the scheduling service) are governed by their own providers’ accessibility programs.
